Licensed in health insurance and backed by experience across the healthcare services and employee benefits sectors, Brandon has seen firsthand how confusing insurance terminology and plan details can be for employees and families. That experience inspired his commitment to creating educational resources that translate complex benefit concepts into practical, understandable guidance.
